ABOUT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 105339)My clinical approach is strengths-based, somatic, transpersonal, and relational – working with what arises in the moment, bringing forth the unconscious through presence, and being in connection with my clients.
I work with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief which may all benefit from this healing approach. I hold space for clients to find their inner strengths, voice, and internal source of healing.
I studied various healing and meditation practices in my early twenties while living in India and bring an eclectic, multicultural approach to my clients. I am a sex positive, poly-friendly, and LGBT-friendly therapist. I also work with clients on the path to parenthood including issues with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and alternative and blended family building.
